My stay at Mount Vernon RV Campground was quite pleasant. The ample-sized sites allowed for comfort, and I appreciated the shaded areas during the warm weather. However, the distance to the pool from my site was a bit inconvenient, and I noticed a few restrooms were out of service.

My stay at Mount Vernon RV Campground had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the RV spots were clean and well maintained, plus the outdoor activities looked super fun, especially the hiking trails. However, the bathroom situation was a bit of a letdown with some being out of commission and cleanliness issues. The noise from the nearby freeway also made it tough to fully enjoy the stay.

I had a great little getaway at Mount Vernon RV Campground. The lawns were well-kept and the staff were super friendly, plus there were plenty of evening activities to enjoy. But I did have some trouble finding the place initially, as it’s just past the casino and not very well marked. Also, if you’re on a tent or G RV site, the walk to the lodge is a bit long, around 10-15 minutes.
